About the Role

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new businesses through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.


  • Proactively cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers

  • Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to clients

  • Develop market strategies to best position Lit Digital's services

  • Researching/building lists of high-potential prospects

  • Craft business proposals or estimates and contracts to draw in more revenue from prospects or clients

  • Negotiating with prospects to secure the most attractive prices

  • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business

  • 2+ years of sales and business development experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent people skills

  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services

  • Great networking skills

  • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills

  • Ability to work with a team to achieve goals and ensure excellent service to clients

  • Collaborative and a team player

  • Independent and is not easily swayed nor discouraged by setbacks

  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheet), Canva for presentations a plus
