Brand Marketing Manager

About the Role


  • Carry out market research in order to keep up to date with brand trends, as well as predict future trends

  • Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across online platforms especially social media to ensure that clients' products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands

  • Analyze the success of marketing campaigns, especially content production and create reports with actionable insights

  • Supervise content production and campaign executions to maintain consistency in branding and make sure we're meeting clients' targets

  • Meet and collaborate with clients and work with the Lit's teams across multiple departments

  • Manage productions and lead brand assistants

  • Proofread all content to be released per client

  • Organize timelines for production, campaign executions, photo shoots, and other brand marketing-related activities


  • At least 2 years of brand marketing management and strategies experience

  • Proficiency in most online platforms

  • Social media savvy and keeps up with the trends

  • Highly organized and takes initiative

  • Highly proactive

  • Keen to details

  • Efficient and strong proofreading skills

  • Ability to manage multiple brands and a small production team

  • Ability to influence a team to achieve a common goal in a given timeline

  • Fluency in Google Suite a plus

  • Copywriting experience is a big plus

  • 'Can-do' attitude is a must

  • Team player and takes ownership

  • Hard-working and not entitled
